2019

For FarLit, 2019 has been a good and exciting year. First of all we have been blessed with a high number of publications; novels, short stories, poetry collections, childrens’ books, they are key to FarLit’s activities. Secondly, FarLit hosted its first international translation seminar in the Faroe Islands with participation of 10 translators who gathered in the Faroe Islands 20-24 November and familiarized themselves with Faroese language, literature, culture, nature, weather, people. Thank you very much to lecturers, professors, directors, hosts, chefs, drivers, sponsors, and everybody who gave their time, a friendly smile or handshake.
