Congratulation to Kim Simonsen

As part of this year's International Book Fair in Skopje, the Association of Publishers and Booksellers of Macedonia (ZIKM) 16 books have been awarded prizes that are divided into five different categories.

In the best edition category, the award went to Engravings by Macedonian poet Slave Gjorgjo Dimoski, and published by PNV Publications, Skopje. Another prize-winner is What good does it do for a person to wake up one morning this side of the new millennium by the Faroese poet and scholar Kim Simonsen, translated into Macedonian by Julijana Velichkovska.

By the end of this year, two more books will get published in this prize-winner edition, one of them is The World’s Wife by Carol Ann Duffy, and the other one is Waitress in Fall by Kristín Ómarsdóttir, both translated into Macedonian by Julijana Velichkovska, the founder and chief editor of PNV Publications, Skopje.
