Faroese Children's poetry in Hungarian

“Let me know if you need a friend” is a collection of Scandinavian children’s poems in Hungarian. The selection includes Swedish, Norwegian and Danish poems and in addition - for the first time in Hungarian - Icelandic and Faroese children's poems were also included in the volume. The Faroese authors in the book are Steintór Rasmussen and Alexandur Kristiansen. The poems are selected and translated by Bence Patat.

About the translator: Bence Patat is one of the most prestigious and prolific Hungarian translators of Northern European literature, the Hungarian voice of internationally known Scandinavian authors, including the translator of the works of Jón Kalman Stefánsson, Lars Saabye Christensen, Maja Lunde and Karl Ove Knausgard.
