New in Iceland

“Sólgarðurin” Beinir Bergssons’s critically acclaimed poetry collection has now been published in Iceland by Sæmundur.

“The Sun Garden” is the Faroe Islands’ first explicit collection of queer poetry, and Beinir uses a variety of literary nature that is new to the Faroe Islands. The poems are juxtaposed with youthful, unabashed sexuality, and melancholy reminiscence.

“Sólgarðurin” is Beinir Bergsson’s second poetry collection. It was originally published by Eksil in 2021 and has also been published in Denmark and Greece.
