"Skriftstøð" by Tóroddur Poulsen. Several of the poems in the new poetry collection by Tóroddur Poulsen are dreamlike and some of them are in fact dream poems. The author toys with the connection between subject and object. In one poem the author has a quarrel with the wall which claims that it needs to have another colour and some new pictures. The play on words and what is real and surreal is an important part of Tóroddur's style; a Faroese ballad has fouled the propellar of the ship and the first person of the poems hangs a few stanzas of the ballad to decompose.
