New Poetry Collection: "Silvurbók"
"Silvurbók" (Silver Book) is a new poetry collection by Silvurdrongur which is the pseudonym of artist Trygvi Danielsen. Silvurdrongur shares his personal account of how it feels like being a man in the mid-twenties in the Faroe Islands and diggs into subjects like love, sex, loneliness, faith, society, and mental life. Silvurdrongur describes his poems as a mix of words and music, and the book is written like a musical composition with a preludium, three movements with Italian music titles and a postludium. There is also a great sense of musicality and rhytm in the poems. "Silvurbók" is in fact one part in a trinitarian work including film and music. Each Silver Book has a unique cover created by the artist himself.
